"Also, I suggest listing Teleport as an option. As Tryndamere, you should be split pushing as much as you can, and with Teleport, you can go right back to split pushing after you recall, or come to a teamfight if you absolutely have to."

As for masteries, the problem would be the defensive masteries. Since you are top lane, you max Durability"
