The damage increase from the offensive three provides more damage in total compared to runic affinity. It's either this build, or the 0/21/9 you use (which I use a lot myself too).

"Nice structure in your guide. I particulary like your first build, as imo, I believe there are better characters to jungle with, since you dont have a very good gap closer besides valor + broken wings combo, and there goes your attacks.
