"I suggest getting sapphire crystal at the start for extra burst. I would take that instead of the mp5 gloves in your original item page build.

Thanks for the +1 and the comment.
The reason why we take atma's impaler is because it gives you a nice AD bonus due to Cho'gath his natural high HP, a high armor bonus and crit. I don't see how nashor's tooth would be better for that. But I'll test it and give you feedback "
