Posted a Comment: "Yes! Especially in the jungle Nimbus Cloak is a very good rune to help you escape ganks OR to setup better positioning with Smite. I'd say Waterwalking or Transcedence is better than Celerity tho! Strictly because Celereity has been over nerfed and the rest have been buffed (over the patches I mean)"

It doesn't matter if you deal more burst damage if in a game ur Liandry damage will be 10k over Luden's in terms of total damage and scalability. Posted a Comment: "Taliyah is not a scaling late-game champion. She has to take control early. She is in top 5 champions by winrate in the first 0-25 mins of the game in which you have you take control. If you look at most other mids they all do better past min 25 minutes what Taliyah does."
