Posted a Comment: "Considering Ravenous Hunter got nerfed over and over and the healing got pretty bad I could definetly see Relentless + Transcendence/Water Walking or Nymbus/Water Walking or Manaflow/Water Walking as an option (Or even Mana Flow + Transcendence). So yeah, it could definitely be viable."

In jungle that's a bit more rare because Taliyah early gank power is weak and if you get counterganked you lose anyway most of the time. So we can't use it in jungle either becaus"
