"On the second build, I would take the 1 extra AD and put it into the move speed mastery instead. Move speed is so much better. :)
I like the masteries on the second build but not so much the build itself.
If you want to build a DPS style of Jarvan, I'd recommend using Youmuu's/Triforce/Infin"
