"As mentioned VERY briefly, I feel Brutalizer is only good early and doesn't build into anything I like, and Wriggles is better early, so I don't ever buy it :P
But it's a good item for him, I just think it's outclassed by a BF sword and by Wriggle's.

Fromal for right click CCs.
Keep in mind that Olaf's Q is spammable with CDR and a fromal isn't needed for CC's if you have mana to cast. "
