Boots 3/4 pots, get full rage bar, run a full AD set of reds/quints, and go hard in the paint during levels 2-5 to try to kill them. Ignite them, do whatever you have to. "

"Shen can't be punished. Losing a wave or two of exp and dropping a tower isn't as high impact as global map control/presence all game long.
Just ban him until he gets nerfed. He's the most OP champ since release day Leblanc. "
