"Olaf is a solid jungle he's just not as good as Udyr.
And he's gear reliant where Udyr in Phoenix isn't very gear dependent.
So those are the main factors, Udyr wins in clear speed and gear independency, which is what you're ideally gonna have in a jungle. "
