I just prefer to run lots and lots of match ups and tests and I've personally used Olaf in the jungle (Got to gold jungling him in season one pre-buffs) and I've also jungled Phoe Udyr and it's a comfortable advantage for Pho"

If you wanna do full-combo just get within W range FIRST, throw sapling and IMMEDIATELY W in afterwards. You can Q to make sure that your sapling bomb's secondary damage is not flashed if you like :)
Otherwise honestly most skill orders work on Maokai.
