Fresh reworks always come out OP so it's possible she dumps on everything for a while until she gets toned down.
But I do think Tryn and Sion can probably handle her, just because their kits are derptastic. "

I think you're underestimating both Tryn's ability to threaten her in lane and Sion's ability to almost ignore her personally :)
Sion's passive + shield + ult + wriggle's is a very sad Sivir. ^_^"
