"Yeah Ali is a pain in the ass. You can't kill him but you have to use E on him to keep him leveling heal or else he starts to threaten you.

But after a while you farm too big and you get strong and roll him, it's just annoying x_x"

It's from her ultimate.
Yes the true damage is part of why she deeps so hard but if 1/5th of her attacks are missing completely then her damage is gonna suffer dramatically.
