Unless his passive is that his minions scale off of his stats.
(HP, Armor, AD, MR, etc)
Then you could build him as a tank and his sieging power would be broken as fuck.
So basically he could never be balanced lol."

"This is true. You'd still ideally want a good DPS.
Your tanks can be the AoE bombs. Galio. Amumu. Jarv.
Sona Morg Fiddles etc, all good champs for that AoE bomb.
A good hard carry in combo with something like that is really strong. Vayne, Akali, Kogmaw, Talon, Ryze, Karthus, etc. "

BUT, if you kill Caitlyn ONE TIME with Vayne, just once, it's all over. You can just base and heal and proceed to kill her every time she leaves safety of her turret.
