"You may need to nerf the base value as well;
Now what you'll have is 388 + 300 and 388 + 350
688 + 738 = 1426.
That's still too high for a champion who can have 4500 HP :P
And the mana burn per attack is still really high. Having mana burn scale off of AD isn't going to work :P"
