I'd probly just revert it to pre nerf, or increase the HP per stack gained and reduce the % damage reduction from 15 to 10%. "

"Seems to be if the skill has a unique animation it does this, but if it just applies the effect to the auto attck and uses standard animation, then it scales with AS normally. "

Fully stacked Levi then theoretically actually could give more than a Warmogg's according to this trend, because there's nothing with 180 AP, nothing with 110 AD, and Levi falls WAY short of Wmg's.

Voyboy's Renekton destroyed HSGG's Cho in lane.
Yet laning phase ended, and because Cho is a better champion than Renekton he farmed carefully, came back and rolled faces later anyway.
Example; Even though Ren beat Cho in lane phase, Cho is so much better it did"
