it's the worst spells ever, has a freaking 9 minute CD
so it's only usable once or twice, flash and ignite would be a better choice.
Ignite can be very usefull when fighting (1vs1) against a warwick or tryndamere or other champions why have build lifesteal."

Zhonya's Hourglass
Can you activate Zhonya's Hourglass when, either stunned, feared or suppresed?
And just to check what if yout're blinded, silenced, slowed, etc? (I thought you could right)
