To be honest, I don't really think so.
There's a lot of detailed information to better explain abilities and a lot of information that normally also isn't given by riot to the players.
By example look at annie and her Tibbers, does anyone know the AS of tibbers or how its calculated? well at least riot has never said it.

This is my new champion called Dean - The Demon and Angel vessel:
This is a really unique champion imo. He uses mana and stacks as his resource, making him decently more powerfull when having full stacks.
All abilities consist of 2, which one of the 2 is casted depends on the amounts of stacks, however the cd is for both abilities.
Certainly his W is unique as well, the summoning of the beasts or the cross will definitely be very usefull and fun.
The numbers presented here are NOT final and require public feedback for proper balancing.
However please give constructive feedback.
Any sugestions what so ever, even for creating a whole different ability, different numbers, others names, they are welcome, certainly if they are constructive.

Abilities (Simple explanation):
Passive(innate) Holy power/ power of Sin:
As you are the vessel of angels and demons, you can get Holy stacks and stacks of Sin. These stacks empower you in general and empower you abilities.
You get 1 Holy stack, per enemy champion that's hit by a tower/CP within 1000 range of you, per assist and per kill with a holy ability.
You get 1 stack of Sin, hit you receive from a tower/CP , per kill with a normal attack and per kill with an ability of Sin.
You can get max 12 Holy stacks and 13 stacks of Sin.
Q :
Prioritizes lowest amounts of stacks between Holy and Sin, on equal prioritizes on Holy.
Can be casted with 0 stacks of either, however consumes all stacks of the lowest between Sin and Holy.
Holy:
Does magic damage to a target.
Sin:
Does AD physical damage on the next attack and heals you a percentage of the damage done.
W Summon of the "cross"/"beasts":
Prioritizes highest amounts of stacks between Holy and Sin, on equal consumes 0 Holy and 1 less Sin, with 1 holy and 1 Sin summons 2 beasts, with more than 1 Holy and Sin summons 3 beasts. However consumes the sum of mana cost.
Can NOT be casted without stacks.
Summon of the cross (Holy):
Places a cross that will give you some bonus stats(AP, MP/5 and MS) and your allies for half as long as you are in range.
Summon of the beasts (Sin):
You will summon either 1, 2 or 3 beasts, depending on the amount of stacks.
All beast have some form of cc, beast 1 is controllable and the strongest, 2 and 3 are not controllable and 3 is the weakest.
E Staff(or sword) of bliss/Demon's arm:
Prioritizes highest amount of stacks between Holy and Sin, on equal prioritizes Sin.
With 0 stacks, Sin will be casted.
Staff of bliss (Holy):
You summon a staff and can than do 3 blast dealing decent damage.
Demon's arm (Sin):
Every 5th attack you stun your enemy and you do some extra damage based on a AP and AD percentage.
lasts 5 seconds (+0.5 sec per stack of Sin)
R Possession:
Your body is taken over by an angel or demon depending on which amount of the stacks is higher.
The higher the difference between stacks the stronger you get
Divine possession(Holy):
Your auto-attacks become ranged, and do a percentage of your AP as magic damage and healyou for a small amount of that.
Demonic possession(Sin):
You get an extra health, armor and MR. Also your auto-attacks bonus attack damage and reduces the enemies AD by 5 per attack, with a stack limit.

You can place a cross which buffs you and surrounding allies for 50% within 750 range of it. It gives 30/35/40/45/50 (+ 1.5 per Holy stack) Ap, 20/25/30/35/40 (+1 per Holy stack) Mana/5, and 15% MS boost.
Crosses have to be placed at a distance of 1500 range between each other.
A Cross lasts 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 minutes (+7.5 sec per stack) or untill destroyed, a cross has 2000/2500/3000 HP (no Arm and MR) and returns 10% of the damage dealt to it as magic damage. Max amount of crosses 1/2/3/4/5.
CD: 15 sec
Mana cost: 95/100/105/110/115 + 1 Holy stack (stats of cross are calculated before the stack is consumed)

Summon of the beasts (Sin):
You can summon a beast(demon/hound/dog) from hell, depending on the amount of stacks of Sin you summon either 1, 2 or 3 beasts. 1 stack or more 1 beast, 4 or more 2 beasts, 8 or more 3 beast.
Beast number 1: this one is like a contrallable pet, like tibbers, it has X/X/X/X/X HP, X AD, X (+ X bonus AD) AS, X Arm, X MR and X MS. His attacks decrease the enemies AS by 3/4/5/6/7% per attack, can stack up till 5 times, lasts 3 sec and is refreshed by every attack.
Beast number 2: will prioritize enemies who attack you and champions before minions, has X/X/X/X/X HP, X AD, X (+ X bonus AD) AS, X Arm, X MR and X MS. His attacks decrease the enemies armor by 5/6/7/8/9 per attack can stack up till 5 times, lasts 3 sec and is refreshed by every attack.
Beast number 3: will prioritize enemies with the lowest health you and champions before minions, has X/X/X/X/X HP, X AD, X (+ X bonus AD) AS, X Arm, X MR and X MS. His slow the by 1/2/3/4/5% per attack can stack up till 5 times, lasts 3 sec and is refreshed by every attack.
The beasts last untill killed
Beast nr.1 has the most health, highest AD, Arm and MR.
Beast nr.2 has medium HP, AD, Arm and MR.
Beast nr.3 has lowest HP, AD, Arm and MR.
MS of beast 1 and 2 is your MS, Ms of beast nr.3 is your MS + 15%
AS is the same for them all.

Mana cost: 80/90/100/110/120 mana + 1 stack of Sin per beast

E Staff(or sword) of bliss/Demon's arm:

Staff of bliss (Holy):
First you channel for 1 sec to summon the staff. Than the spell can be casted another 3 times to deal 80/120/160/200/240 (+0.55 AP) magic damage in a small. The CD between each of the 3 casts is 1 sec, all the 3 casts have to be done within 14 sec.
CD: 12 sec (after 3th cast or after the 14th second)
Mana cost: 50 + 1 stack to activate, 70 per cast
Radius: 200 (+20 per Holy stack) range
Range: 700 (+15 per Holy stack)
Demon's arm (Sin):
One of your arms turns into the arm of a demon making you do more damage and stun the enemy for 1 sec every 5th attack. You do 5/10/15/20/25 (+0.011 bonus AD per stack of Sin) and (+0.005 AP per Holy stack) more damage as magic(true?) damage.
lasts 5 seconds (+0.5 sec per stack of Sin)

R Possession:
Your body is taken over by an angel or demon depending on which amount of the stacks is higher.
The power is calculated based upon the difference between the stacks.
This ability can only be casted if the difference is at least 1.
Also when in this mode you CAN use your abilities.
Divine possession(Holy):
Your auto-attacks become ranged, having 500 (+ 10*(amount of Holy stacks - amount of stacks of Sin)) range.
and your basic attacks will now deal 0.06 AP *(amount of Holy stacks - amount of stacks of Sin) bonus magic damage and you will be healed for 15% of this damage.
The transformation lasts 5/15/25 seconds
Demonic possession(Sin):
You get an extra 150 (+12*(amount of stacks of Sin - amount Holy stacks)) health, and 1.5 * (amount of stacks of Sin - amount Holy stacks) extra armor and MR. Also your auto-attacks do .03 AD * (amount of stacks of Sin - amount Holy stacks) bonus attack damage and reduces the enemies AD by 5 per attack, stacks up to (amount of stacks of Sin - amount Holy stacks).
The transformation lasts 5/15/25 seconds

Dean should be a man covered in a cloak. He should look really mysterious(not flashy like talon), have like marks and vague symbols on the cape, reprsenting holy symbols and demonic symbols.
the more stacks he receives of one kind, the more parts of his body should start resembling that kind, so of he has 12 Holy and 13 Sin stacks, he should look half demonic and half angelic and the cape should be partly gone.
