"And u also don't have an item which provide u mana regain, spelvamp doesn't help if u don't have mana. Regain from catalyst the protector (200 mana per 8sec) it's random and u can consume it for 2x fling. Also you must remember about your Empowered Bulwark only item able to benefit from "

"Spellvamp on Singed is useless... Why? from aoe spells you gain only half (50%) of spelvamp so from 12% u gain only 6% so better is buy philosopher stone...it's cheaper, gave mana, health and give a money."
