That's not to say Ghost Poro or Zombie Ward are bad runes though, if you enjoy playing with them and they feel better to you than Taste of Blood, you should go for them!"

For anything in Diamond and below I'd recommend standing on the opposite side of the lane as the person you're trying to hit (so if they're on the right side, you'll be on the left) and launching tornadoes diagonally.
