afaik there isn't. I think olaf is the best choice for "maxing" lifesteal if that's what you're trying.

shyvana is strong now, IDK if it's jungle or top. morgana is a solid support, and it's 1350 ip. Those 2 are easy to use well and cheap to buy. Mid katarina is good and easy to use too...
