"But it's unnecessary in garen's case (at least 90% of the time). It takes only 3 seconds to charge at level 16, so by the time you get your warmog's passive you've already healed over half your hp. And there aren't many levels before 16 where you're at both 3k hp and had the gold to buy warmog's.

"First of all, first item warmog's armor is bad because you wouldn't have its passive. Only getting the 800 health isn't worth it, and you'll need at least one big item plus some more health before hitting the 3k hp needed to activate the passive.

"It reminded me of Dust an elisian tail, and it seemed like a worst game until they showed the battle system. I'm guessing it has the potential to be a really unique system if there is a lot of synergy between skills, so that you actually have to combo to deal damage."

I think malzahar counters him pretty hard. That said, you CAN'T easily beat a good yasuo player. It's too complex of a champion to have a "simple" counter, so a decent/good...

"You can't have a tournament that's both professional AND balanced. If you want balanced matchmaking go play the ranked teams ladder. If you want a "professional" tournament don't expect the organisers to babysit your team because a bunch of plats would wreck you.
