"The build is correct and the guide is pretty concise with good details.
Only thing I'd nitpick is defaulting to getting Q at level one because you can establish lane control really easily with its range, unlike W's range which limits your lane-bullying at level one."

"you're missing mid vlad as well. i'd argue for low tier 1 or high tier 2
you have two nidalees in top lane (top tier 3 lowest tier 2)
I think Nami should be much lower in tier 2 sup
Urgot should be higher in tier 2 adc
and viktor should be out of the tier list or bumped higher :|
