"I'm pretty sure DCap does more damage. I haven't done the math on Syndra but on most other champions it's a lot weaker than Zhonya's or DCAP

DCap / Zhonya's is better in any given scenario. Luden's passive is extremely unreliable and gives little to nothing over dcap or zhonyas. (Dcap gives more damage, Zhonya's gives protection against dive)
