It'd work to some extent. However once an enemy gets onto you you're screwed for sure lol. try that against a good xin. you won't be able to Q him and once he E's on you you're forced a flash. nice concept though i liek it

Sometimes you can replace BT with it, sometimes you can replace an AS item (PD or Shiv), sometimes you can replace a defensive item with it. It all depends on game flow.
Just look at when you need it.
