Hextech + DFG + Zhonya is fine imo.
It's not "too hard to manage".
Two of those items are for bursting down a target and one is for survivability.
Lich bane is pretty stupid. You use one spell and wait for the rest for one autoattac"

Early void + lich is kinda useless :/
Against annie you should be able to do fine as long as you roam with your global presence.
