"Way too squishy, no survivability and no magic penetration at all besides sorc boots and marks. Also, what would you gain from CDR quints? Flat AP or health quints benefit you a lot more.

"No offense I really don't see how this guide deserves a recommendation. There is little amounts of text descriptions and getting boots of swiftness is even worse.
Other then that good job. It's a decent build but definitely doesn't deserve a recommendation."

I don't agree with the items though. IMO the only viable Skarner build is Trinity + full on tank items..
I think that if people burst you down before you get near them, you won't even be able to get close to do any damage."
