To all you Riven players out there:
Here's some advice.
STOP BUILDING RIVEN WITH FRATMOGS AND THAT STUFF.
Riven is best built AD caster, and generally should be built like that the whole game in order to have proper presence in a teamfight.
It's the optimal build on her.

Brut isn't always good. It's really situational, as it's only effective when the enemy has low armor, which generally never happens.
^pretty much this. 90% of solo tops can and will stack a decent amount of armor against you without setting them back. As soon as they buy a chain vest, you've basically wasted your money. Putting that gold into doran's blades gives you a faster lane advantage and should get you your BT earlier.
It took me a while to learn why Brutalizer isn't the best option on Riven. Since I stopped using it I've been very satisfied with the result. I don't miss the CDR too much either.
@OTG: Mallet's really nice (you can build it if you want ofc), but if you're playing Riven you should probably have a jungler with CC, preferably a tanky initiate. It's better to rely on your full combo and allied CC to net kills rather than adding on more CC for while you're on cooldown. The health is okay, but it's really not needed with GA + shield + lifesteal. Overall I'd say mallet is good, but there's usually something better to build.
@Rose+Chubby: QSS is the most situational out of the lot, but I'd still use it against suppression and maybe Morde or something. I once went mid with her against a Malzahar, which was also fun. I don't usually build QSS though unless I have to.

I also, for the most part, dislike wriggle's on her to. I would NEVER build it but I see alot of people do. I find it sets her to far behind on her main item build.

Haven't built anything else in a long time. Been working pretty well for me so far. Even without building up a health pool, you get so much lifesteal plus your E shield and GA that you end up surviving a lot more damage than your health pool would seem to accommodate.
