Because I dislike scaling Runes except for a few exceptions I'd just run Rune Pages based on the two kinds of matchups, AD or AP. Therefore having two pages for AP Mages, two pages for top lane,...

"Generally you prefer Trinity Force BorK. Back then Bork was kinda strong and a strong firt-buy item on Irelia but nowadays she excells by building Trinity Force first.
Imo you missed out mentioning some offensive items like Zephyr.
