Instead of Ability Power marks I'd mention MPen Marks. AP Marks are kinda useless and you never mention them again in the entire guide thus in the Matchup section.

I'd just use Scaling Health Seals in Mid Lane thus on (Ranged) AP Champions. Generally I use flat Health or Health and Armor combined to replace the normal Armor setup which has become ineffective.
