"Flash is mandatory because just having a speed boost from Heal won't save you or let your secure kills in many situations. Heal could be your secondary choice, or Ignite/ Exhaust.
Rushing Rabadon's Deathcap isn't a great move in general because it just provides flat AP and y"

For Runes I recommend you either running 9 Greater Mark of Attack Damage or 9 Greater Mark of Attack Speed and scaling Armor Seals are a poss"
