"Seals should be armor until the upcoming patch + Glyphs should be Magic Resist especially on Twisted Fate and you could add Deathfire Grasp or Twin Shadows as alternative options.
Why not leveling up Pick A Card at level one?"

"Three Greater Quintessence of Ability Power are appreciated and I assume that Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration would substitute your actual Marks.
Boots of Mobility should be replaced with other boots in many situations like Mercury's Treads or Sorcerer's Shoes."

Randuin's Omen > peel, armor, ditching of focus
Guardian Angel > revive, tactical choice for an all-in and son, armor and magic resist
Banshee's Veil > spellshield, avoids initiation on you in the first place

"Doran's Ring is also a geat start option even more the better start option. Bulding both Athene's Unholy Grail + Morellonomicon isn't necessary but I think it's more importan to skip Mejai's Soulstealer. Magic Resist Runes are possible too and Great Mark of Hybrid Penetration see"
