"You suggest way too many "Last Items" like Rod of Ages or Warmog's Armor, just remove them. About items at all I'm unsure. Rsuhing a jungle item is mandatory .."

"Glass Cannon Yasuo works fantastic early on and rather more Warmog's Armor isn't the best defense choice. After getting Statikk Shiv + Infinity Edge + Last Whisper you might wanna build a defense item like Guardian Angel, Randuin's Omen or Banshee's Veil.

"Doran's Ring should be start option because you build in 95 % of your games. Deathfire Grasp is a great item to rush on Annie due to Summon: Tibbers."

"There are some guides for BBCoding out there to mak your guide more appealing (pls not that much colour).
I can't find Banshee's Veil which is quite useful and you might think of mentioning offense stuff like Last Whisper aswell."

"Greater Totem as the start Trinket seems to better and then you switch the Trinket after building Sightstone to Sweeping Lens. Randuin's Omen > Frozen Heart on Thresh in my opinion and building Ruby Sightstone is considered to be late, notice this. Mastery Perseverance"
