Nice guide, but in the Cheatsheet you take Scaling AP Glyphs, but in the guide you say, that Scaling MR is the best option.
You should check that maybe.

As someone who mains zigs (200 games in s4 and hit g1). i really disagree with the lich bane. It sounds great because of the synergy it has with ur passive but normally i don't find my self in AA range in a team fight. So i stack ap and try to just do dmg with my abilities. Though i never tried it out and maybe somthing i should go.

You need to add more chapters in your guide such as: Runes, Masteries, Items, Summoner Spells, Gameplay, Match-ups etc.

And mostly, Introduction should be put as the First Chapter. But your Introduction is just a lore of Ziggs, Introduction is to introduce yourself and the guide, not only just the lore of the champ.

You can make them bigger by changing the size in the code like

Chose 9 Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration because generally you will auto attack a lot especially due to Short Fuse and so you should run 9 Greater Glyph of Magic Resist.
Doran's Ring is the most common start item and you might consider Liandry's Torment or Rylai's Crystal Scepter as rare alternative options.
Until now you've just copy-pasted your content and you should definitively add information about Gameplay, Items, Matchups and so on. Instead of using pictures you can use formated coding like
