Posted a Comment: Jul 4th, 2011 "I feel like if I tried this build I would hit hard but I wouldnt be very fast... There's only one attack speed item and it only lasts for 4 seconds and the E attack speed bonus just isn't enough to get you to the melee DPS speed."
