Most people don't know much about Renekton. He's 6300 IP and is fairly underplayed. His auto attacks are physical, his abilities are physical (save the sand that deals damage per second on his ultimate, that does deal magic). He stacks well with AD (Again, save the sand). In my opinion Renekton is a very average champion, and needs a good build to do well. IMO AD Renekton is very squishy and doesnt have the damage output of other AD carries (Tryndamere, Xin, Nocturne ...), while a tanky Renekton is very easy to forget as he will have less damage output than other tanks. This build gets Renekton's weak points covered, he will have strong damage output for the health he has.

Armor Penentration Marks,
Armor Penetration Quints (Or HP),
and anything else that you have that would help an AD offtank (HP, AD, Movement Speed ...)

Take 11 in offense, 10 in defense, and 9 in utility.
This will buff your early game damage, give you resistence, and help you gain levels/money faster.

Teleport will do wonders on Renekton. It's a great way in to save a turret from a mob of enemy minions, get mid fast for a team fight, or to cast to get out of a potential enemy gank.

Exhuast will give Renekton more Crowd Control, something that he lacks until he gets Frozen Mallet.

Flash and Ghost are good alternates. While I think Renekton's spells give him great defense from ganks, extra getaway is also good.

Heal is good is your Q isn't being maxed, gives you more lane time.

Everything else I wouldn't consider.

Renekton is a great farmer. With your exp and gold masteries, you should be out leveling and getting more items than other people in your lane. If minion killing is going bad, I would suggest getting a philosopher's stone (it will eventually build into Shilyu's). Harassing is easy with Renekton, a solid E - W - Q combo will deal some damage early game and you can get right out with another E. Go for kills when possible! Renekton is great for this sort of work.

This build should make you a noticable force. You will absorb alot of damage as well as deal alot back. Renekton is naturally great for chasing ganks, but I wouldn't be starting team fights. As for Fury, it is most effective with Q and W. DO NOT use it with your E, as you really shouldn't be using your E for damage output.
