Frozen hearth has nothing to do on morde. You don't get at all the character. Try a Randium instead. Same use, fit with Morde.
Not fan of lichban either. Remember he got no mana"

"Good guide, but as you said : "especially in regards to runes and masteries as they are based off of what I have now, but other things may work better"
As glyphs always use CDR by Level. For the seal MP5 are ok if you really lack of mana in early game, which I doubt with a Dor"
