"Thanks, I consider Howling gale for new players a hard spell to hit with, if the enemy team are half decent they'll try there best to avoid it (Whilst in the Lane anyways) but ill consider your feedback and update my guide!"

"What this guy above me is trying to say is that you should reconsider some of your ideas, building some Sorcerer's Shoes early into the game will be useful so you can avoid ganks and chase fleeing enemy's, also you should re think your masteries to a more standard AP build, Heal and "
