In the current metagame, this is a very strong lane and 9/10 of my ranked game feature the AD carry support duolane on both sides. What I am wondering is what you guys think the best combos are,...

"I do believe the nerfs took a big enough toll on vlad to make him a worse champion and one who can be beat by quite a few lane matchups now. He's losing his power it seems."
