Posted a Comment: Apr 23rd, 2011 "The lifesteal proc was overpowered plain and simple. Any jungler could heal from pretty much no health to full off a creep camp. They fixed this and gave it some better stats for teamfighting. It's still not as good as it was."

On his E the tether would need to have a relatively long range to not be really easy to abuse.
