In Discord someone said it also works with jg monsters so Taric JG can still use it I guess, although it wasn't part of his regular build anyways"

I still have to test how it works against some champs that poke slowly but consistenly, cuz in theory it should allow Taric to resist the poke by Q'ing the damage away. RoA"
