"Xin duels well in the jungle, has a decent clear, and his ganks bring a lot of damage, not to mention all he needs is a little bit of cc on his laner to force a flash or even a kill.
I think Xin's greatest weakness is actually how he transitions to lategame, during lanephase he's a scary ganker."
