"Oh man I used to love the first 2 of the series, together with Theme Hospital. I never really went back to that sort of games, Sims puts me off and it seems like they started focusing too much on weird graphics that I gave no craps about.

First of all, you need to understand that "ADC" stands for attack damage carry. This means it's a carry that focuses on building Attack Damage rather than AP.

"That usually happens you die die trying to cast an ultimate simultaneously. Champions that don't cast it immediately even if dead (Aka Syndra dies but ult still casts) may get a bug where the game acts as if it was cast but it wasn't and it doesn't warn you"
