Perseverance
  • Resume timer rescalled to 9(1) / 6(11) / 4(16) seconds from 9 at all levels.
  • Health regeneration rescalled to 0.4(1) / 0.8(11) / 2%(16) of max health from 0.4% at all levels.
  • At level 11, non-epic monsters will no longer stop Perseverance.

Okay, finally Riot is mentally ill. They overdid it so hard :D. (that reminds me a bit too hard on Heart of Tarrasque, you know?) But they are definitly working on the wrong place here...

BTW: I heard Dr. Mundo wants his spot back after that change.

It's hardly gonna make Garen broken. I wouldn't be surprised if he became popular though.

Just played it at PBE, that is where it comes from. With that changes, he seems to be a strong pick into a teamcomp with strong disengage, because after the disengage, he just heals up again like crazy and is ready to fight again.

If they wanna buff Garen, they should give him a true damage ultimate and a lower cooldown on it... Or give him back the total armor/mr scaling on his W.

In comparison Maximum Dosage regenerates 5% per second at rank 3 and that's a ****ing ultimate.

In comparison Dr. Mundo's Passive is 0.3%. But they are both active in fights.^^ Garen's not.
