"katarina is completely broken, I don't know why she hasn't been mentioned yet. People are walking resets half the time, plenty of places to catch people from. Pretty sure she's a solid A tier, perhaps even S tier.
AP shaco is also pretty strong, even against the lightbringer/hextech thing"

As for Cass as she is now: Q is harder to land, needs to max E to deal 1v1 commit damage or max Q to harass, can't do both. Old cass could max Q and soften you really fast. They did mention they might look at her numbers though."

"The guide's good, could use a few videos or more extended tips on ability usage (good rappel techniques/points where you can rappel without your target knowing unless they have a ward, mentioning etc), but the info is (obviously) on point.
