To complete Embracing's answer, any item that says "Unique passive/active/aura" does not stack that active, passive or aura with another copy of that item.

"Are you kidding? The champs whose AAs are the same as his pull in range aren't that much. You can abuse his level 1 since he gets Q 90% of the time, and from the next level you can poke has he last hits, and come and go. I've done this 1000 times with Teemo, and Kayle can kite him even harde"

What's so hard about him? You can beat him with many ranged champions if you know what you're doing (kennen, teemo, swain, nidalee, jayce), or you can learn a really good rumble. Wouldn't know about other bruisers since I don't play them.
