"I'd say Syndra, but I'm biased:
Reasons: great poke and kill potential in lane, nice ganker, decent peel, and I don't find her THAT hard to play. She does well against good old FotY katarina, as well as pretty much any short ranged mage (Ryze, TF, Swain if you're careful, gragas, Annie etc). "

"I meant that a second RoA is pretty much more useful fully charged due to mana on swain equating damage, I'm not saying you should do it :P The best option is always building something else.
