I feel the point of Kayle is using her passive for it's best (specially on this on-hit ish build) so maybe as a lategame thing, when I'm close to full AS, it would compensate.. Posted a Comment: "They work with pretty much any champ, depending on what you desire. I use at least 1 on ap casters and I can tell the difference. It's less AP, but it allows me to be more aggressive (unless opponent also has it, then it's balancced)"
