"It looks good overall, I'm just not sure RoA is that good on her. The only reason I think you should buy it is because of mana issues, but she's an assassin and needs to make an absurdly good use of her early game, so I'd much rather favor an Abyssal Scepter.

You need the 0/9/21 (or variables) for stable gold and experience, you don't wanna be further behind. Also, I don't know how you see Taric or Leona supports not being tanky, seeing as I always run Shurelya's Re"
