"I think you consider it a buff on Orianna, you hardly ever poke only with Q, you usually use it so you can land Dissonance as well. The protect thingy is amazing to combo better with your gap closers without losing the ball for your ulti or Dissonance.

People on a certain level of play are used to him being tons of broken, but IMO it's not that easy to snowball your lanes if you got a Tristana AP Support feeding Ezreal, your mid doesn't react to your entrance or top turret dives "

"The thing with Kassadin is that he shuts down a nice deal of mages if a) Kassadin is good, and b) The opponent doesn't quite understand him.
And since he shuts them down, he's insta considered op. And then, people ban him"
