"I might try this out; I do Eve jungler in a completely different way, which also works, but this "nuker" version may be better when playing with random people (I do her hybrid DPS, works nicely on SR and it's perfect on Dominion).

"Surge Works really well on Kayle since she's such an on-hit champion *crowd laughs, falseo shrugs* I've put it side by side with exhaust and ignite in practice runs for a week and it'd get me a lot of first bloods and consequent kills."
